Annual Parking Registration
The process for purchasing parking forms is changing slightly. Please take a little time to follow the instructions to complete your parking form to the fullest extent.
Previous Parking Pad Renters:
If you purchased a parking pad the previous year, please follow these simple instructions:
Parking Pad Forms, with your previous parking pad numbers on it, will be emailed to you, if no email was given, you will not receive one by mail..
Return the form with payment to Arctic Man HQ by March 1st. If no payment is received, your parking pad will default and go available to the waiting list.
If you would like additional parking, please follow the New Parking Pad Renters instructions.
New Parking Pad Renters:
If you have not rented a parking pad the previous year, please follow these simple instructions:
Email Arctic Man HQ at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , Include in the email, your name, phone number, email address, and how many pads you would like to purchase.
You will receive notification detailing if you have a parking pad in reserve or if there is none available.
Once notification comes back specifying you have a parking pad in reserve status, send in a parking form with payment to Arctic Man HQ. If you have received confirmation on a parking pad in reserve status, your pad will cost you $150.00 if paid prior to March 15th or $155.00 after March 16th - April 7th. April 8th to end of event is $160.00. If no payment is received by March 15th, your parking pad will go available to the waiting list.

Plowed Parking Space: Aprox 12’-15’ wide by 60’ long
Dumpsters
Outhouses
Medical Tent (Near Bar)
Security & Patrol
The following rules must be adhered:NO Burning of Pallets
DO NOT Throw Glass into Fire
PLEASE Burn your Parking Stake on Saturday
All parking registrations and payments must be received by March 1st.

By signing this Annual Parking Registration, I do hereby understand that I am responsible for keeping all of the requested pads clean, by removing all garbage or refuse from the parking site. I further understand I am fully responsible for any party member on my pad. If I/we do not keep the site clean, I/we can be held responsible for extra cleanup costs and/or lose all privileges to parking on Arctic Man Parking Pads. I/We understand that Arctic Man is not responsible for any lost, damage, or bodily injury as a result of attending the Annual Arctic Man Ski and
Sno-Go Classic. I also agree that no refund can be given after March 1st.
